Ji-Hye is a senior interaction designer at Fjord in London, delivering consultation for the design of services across different industries. She works with multi-disciplinary and international teams, she has a wide range of experience from ethnographic research and concepting to delivering design solutions. She is an expert in designing for multi-platforms. Projects include designing an innovative mobile OS and social network service, a sports portal service for mobile, PC and TV and most recently, a cross-platform app service for an international mobile and TV network provider.

When she is not working, she loves observing the way people interact with each other and with technology, spotting gaps and opportunities for inspiration. She holds a Masters of European Design, completed in Glasgow, Cologne (KISD) and Helsinki (UIAH), where she focused on user research and service design.
